Lottery
A lottery was held on Wednesday May 26th, 2010. Names were be randomly drawn from a box. Each player's series start time, session number, and opponent for the first series were determined by the lottery. The lottery was broadcast live via webcam for authenticity purposes.

Location
The Sixth RBI Baseball Championship of the Universe Tournament was held at the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport in Des Plaines, IL.
